Several people spoiled(and gradually ended) their lives due to addictions.
The following are a few CELEBRATED addictions:
DRUG ABUSE
GAMBLING(mera naam gambler!)
ALCOHOL(mera naam drinker!)
SMOKING(mera naam smoker!)
....
....
Once you addict to something like for instance, alcohol,
you cannot live without it and eventually you do anything(underline) to get it.
In the process, you invite all sorts of pains, not just to you; to your entire family.

When some frnds(!!?) encourage you to drink and/or to smoke,
Say politely,
dude,
"I can't!
I promised to my mother."

"PREVENTION IS BETTER THAN CURE!"

Devotion is one of the best wayz.

There do exist other wayz as well.

For instance, replacement method(mentioned somewhere in this blog).
Suppose your mind forces you to smoke or drink, then immediately start
doing a good thing which you like to do the most(so that it diverts your mind!).
For instance,
if you love dance, then do it.
If you are a poet, then keep writing some
poetry(made easy!).
If you are a guitarist, go ahead..guiTARarampum.
If you are a lover of puzzles, then who can stop you
keep solving them..!!
....
....
so on!.
