"feel-good" name, Painful Kaam!

I have been suffering from toothache for the past two days. When I consulted doctors
they said to me, " You got wisdom tooth, becoming wiser!".
They prescribed one capsule(anti-biotic) and two tablets(to get relief from pain).
In addition to those medicines, I need to do salt-water gargling.
I am strictly following their instructions, and getting cured.
